We have fully furnished extended stay condos available for rent in Surprise, Arizona. We are conveniently located between the two Sun Cities, close to Spring Training facilities, and golf courses. Rates for deluxe one bedroom per month April - September   $800 October - December   $900 January - March  $1400 Rates for deluxe two bedroom per month April - September   $1000 October - December   $1100 January - March  $1600 *There is a discount for multiple month rentals. *Holding deposits are refundable if written notice is given 60 days in advance of the reservation date and the unit is able to be re-rented.
